Tell us what is slowing you down.
One form, one reply, one number. Alex Novak answers within one business day with a rough range — before anyone books a call.
start here
We use what you send to answer your enquiry and nothing else. No newsletter, no list, no sequence. If we are not the right supplier we will say so and, where we can, name someone who is.
what happens next
- 01within one business day
Alex Novak reads it and replies
Every enquiry goes to Alex Novak, delivery director — not to a queue and not to a chatbot. The reply says whether this is work we can do well, and gives you a rough range so you can stop reading if the number is wrong for you.
- 02in the same week
A thirty-minute scoping call
One call, no deck. We ask what the process or product looks like today, what it costs you now, and what would have to be true for this to be worth doing. You leave with a fit answer and a range, and we tell you if a freelancer or an off-the-shelf tool is the better trade.
- 03usually within a week of the call
A written plan with a fixed price
A short document: what we would build, in what order, what it costs and when it lands. It is yours whether or not you go ahead. Automations are typically live three weeks after that; software builds start with a two-week scoping engagement.
or reach us directly
Email is answered within one business day, Monday to Friday. The phone reaches a person during European and US Eastern working hours; outside those, leave a number and you will get a call back the next working morning.
Not ready to buy anything
We run free technical office hours: twenty minutes with an engineer, no pitch, no proposal afterwards. Bring an architecture you are unsure about, a workflow you suspect should be automated, an evaluation problem, or a quote from another supplier you want a second opinion on.
Slots run on Thursdays. Email hello@dearhearth.com with “office hours” in the subject line and one paragraph on what you want to talk about, and we will send times. If your question is answerable in writing we will just answer it and save you the call.
If you would rather read first, the pricing page carries every floor and range we charge, and the work shows what was actually shipped, with the numbers attributed to the clients’ own systems.
What to send
A paragraph is enough to get a useful reply. These five things make the first answer a number rather than a question.
- The process or product in one paragraph, in your own words
- What it costs you today — hours a week, headcount, or spend that is not converting
- The systems involved, and whether they have APIs you already use
- Your budget band, even a wide one, and any date you are working to
- Anything you have already tried, including what did not work
Do not send credentials, customer data or anything under NDA in a first email. We sign an NDA before anything sensitive moves, and access to your systems is arranged properly at the start of the audit week — the way it is described on our security page.
