Read itHow we decide what to write
Everything here started as an internal note. A project throws up a question we had to answer properly for one client, the answer gets written down so the next engagement does not have to rediscover it, and when the note survives contact with a second project it becomes an article.
That is why there are 3 of them rather than thirty. We do not run a weekly publishing schedule, nothing here is written by someone who was not on the project, and where an article quotes a figure it comes from a client system we had access to, with the case study linked so you can check the context.
The bias is towards the unglamorous half of the work: evaluation suites, exception handling, handover, and the arithmetic you should do before anyone writes code. Those are the parts that decide whether an AI system is still running a year later, and they are the parts most often skipped in what gets published about this field.
