Software development, AI and automation services that reach production.
Four lines, one senior team. 120+ projects shipped since 2016: custom software and AI products, AI video ads for paid social, and the automations that take manual steps out of operations. Estimates come back within one business day.
38 companies across 11 countries have shipped with Eazetech.
The people who design a screen are the people who build it, and the people who build an automation are the people who sit with your operations team the week it goes live. That is the whole operating model. It is why the same names appear on a claims workbench, a batch of paid-social ads and an invoice-matching run.
Below is what each line covers, one piece of work from it, and what it costs to start. If you already know which one you need, the page for that line carries the full method, the stack, the pricing detail and the questions clients ask before they sign.
Software development
01 · Software development services
The practice Eazetech started with in 2016. It began as frontend engineering, built out into full-stack product work, and now covers native and cross-platform mobile, web3 front ends and security engineering. The design and the code come from the same people, which is why the interfaces get used instead of tolerated.
Almost everything here is one of three shapes: a product that does not exist yet, an internal tool that is currently a spreadsheet and four browser tabs, or a codebase that has outgrown the team that wrote it.
- Custom software, internal tools and client-facing products
- Web applications, native and cross-platform mobile apps
- Web3 front ends and smart-contract integration
- Security review, hardening and remediation

02 · AI development services
AI products and agents that survive contact with real users. We build the agent layer, the retrieval layer underneath it, the evaluation suite that proves it works and the interface that makes people trust the output. 24 of these are running in production today.
The failure we design against is the demo that never ships. Every build starts with an evaluation set drawn from your own historical records, and nothing goes live until it beats the number agreed in week one.
- AI agents that read, decide and act inside your systems
- LLM integration into software you already run
- Retrieval over your own documents, with citations back to source
- AI MVPs from scoping call to production in 8 to 12 weeks

AI development servicesAI video ads
03 · AI video ads and UGC
Done-for-you ad creative produced with AI video models: UGC-style presenter ads, product videos and the hook variants a testing calendar runs on. Scripted against the winners already in your account, generated, cut for Meta and TikTok, delivered weekly in batches a media buyer can load the same day.
The point is supply. Most paid-social accounts are capped by how fast creative arrives, not by budget or targeting. Sixty finished ads a month changes which constraint you are working against.
- AI UGC ads with generated presenters, licensed for commercial use
- Product and demo videos cut for 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5
- Hook and angle variants, tagged so results feed the next batch
- Localisation into new markets without a reshoot

AI video ads and UGCAI automation
04 · AI automation services
The manual work between your systems, removed. Invoice matching, lead qualification, support triage, onboarding paperwork and the weekly report nobody wants to assemble, built on n8n, Make, Zapier or plain code, whichever your team can own after we leave.
An automation is only finished when somebody else can run it. Every build ships with a process map, run logs, an exception channel and a half day of training. Pilots take three weeks and cost less than the hours they hand back in a quarter.
- Process mapping before anything gets built
- Workflows on n8n, Make, Zapier or custom pipelines
- AI agents for the steps that need judgement, not just rules
- Documentation, training and 30 days of support

AI automation servicesWhat each line costs
Floors are published, not walked back from a bigger number. The two AI builds documented on this site sat in the $50K to $150K band, the automation build in $15K to $50K, and the ad retainer in $8K to $15K a month. Where an estimate lands inside a range depends on integration count, data quality and how many teams have to agree. The audit week fixes the number in writing before build starts. Full detail sits on the pricing page.
How to choose
Start with the constraint, not the technology. If your team is waiting on something that does not exist, you need a build. If your team is retyping data between two systems that both have APIs, you need an automation, and it will be cheaper and faster than either of you expects. If your paid-social account is spending well but creative arrives every six weeks, you need ads before you need anything else.
The scoping call is thirty minutes and its only job is to answer that question honestly, including the answer where the right move is to do nothing yet. We turn down work that will not pay back, because the second project is worth more than the first one going badly.
A rough rule
- It does not exist yet, and users will touch it — software or AI development
- It exists, but people move data by hand — AI automation
- It works, but creative supply caps the spend — AI video ads
- It works, and the worry is who can break in — security engineering, inside the software line

Common questions
If the thing you want does not exist yet, it is software or AI development. If it exists but people are doing it by hand between systems, it is automation. If the constraint is how fast you can put new creative in front of a paid-social audience, it is AI video ads. Most clients start with one line and add a second inside a year.
Yes, and it often does. Coastline Logistics started as an automation build and added a reporting interface. Helio Home buys ads and asked us to instrument the landing pages behind them. We scope the lines separately so you can see what each one costs, then run them as one project with one delivery lead.
Engagements start at $5K and most projects run $15K to $80K. Automation pilots start at $4,000, AI ad retainers at $3,500 a month, and software or AI builds at $15,000. Every estimate is fixed in writing after the audit week, before anyone writes code.
The scoping call happens within a week of your enquiry and the audit week runs immediately after. Automation pilots are typically live in three weeks, ad batches inside ten business days, and software or AI builds reach production in eight to sixteen weeks depending on scope.
Yes, in every line. Repositories, infrastructure definitions, workflow files, evaluation suites, hook libraries and ad source projects are handed over with documentation. Eazetech keeps no access after the 30-day support window unless you ask us to stay on a retainer.
We work alongside them. On most engagements your engineers own part of the surface and ours own the rest, with shared review. The handover week exists so your team can maintain and extend the work without calling us, which is also why our clients come back for a second project rather than a rescue.
