Social media marketing services, run on AI content we make every week.
We make the content, then we run the channels: a calendar planned a month ahead, publishing on six platforms, comments and messages answered in business hours, and a monthly report tied to revenue. First posts go live within two weeks of the brief.
Most brand accounts go quiet for the same reason: the content runs out. Somebody is meant to post three times a week, the shoot slips, and by the third week the calendar is a list of good intentions. Hiring a social media manager does not fix that, because a manager without a supply has nothing to manage.
So we start from the other end. Our AI content team makes the posts, Reels, TikToks, statics and ads every week. This service decides where each one goes, publishes it, answers the people who reply and reports on what it earned. One team holds the whole loop, which is how the questions in your comments become next week’s hooks.
Social media management across six channels
Strategy here is a calendar you can read, not a deck. Each month is planned a month ahead: which products and offers to push, which content angles to test, how often each channel posts, and what is dropped because it did not earn its place. You approve it in one pass, and we schedule and publish it.
Each channel gets its own cut rather than one file posted six times. The AI content pipeline makes those versions cheaply, which is what makes posting natively to each platform affordable.
Community management in business hours
Comments and direct messages are answered by our community manager in business hours in your main market, in your brand voice, from an answer bank you sign off in the first week. Product questions, sizing, delivery times and where to buy are answered and linked to the right page. Spam is hidden and abuse is reported.
Complaints, refunds, order problems and anything legal or medical go to a named person on your side with the thread attached. We also log what people ask: the questions that come up every week are the best hooks the content team gets.
Paid social management on Meta and TikTok
Paid is optional. If you already have a media buyer, in-house or at an agency, keep them: we make the creative, work alongside them on the testing plan and run the organic channels around their campaigns. If you do not have one, we run your Meta and TikTok ad accounts as part of this service: campaign structure, audiences, budgets and the weekly rotation of new creative as each batch arrives.
The ad accounts and the spend stay in your name. The paid numbers in the report come from the ad platforms and your store, so the people running the account are never the only source for how it is going. And an ad set that gets fresh creative every week does not burn out waiting for the next shoot.
A monthly report tied to revenue, not vanity metrics
Follower counts and likes are in the report, near the bottom. At the top is what social earned: revenue from social traffic and from paid, cost per acquisition and return on ad spend where paid runs, and how visitors from each channel convert. We read these from your ad accounts, analytics and store, not only from the platforms’ own dashboards.
Saves, shares and watch time are reported as inputs: they show which angles to make more of. A month in which reach rose and revenue did not is reported as exactly that. Each report ends with what changes next month and why, measured against a baseline set in month one.
How an account runs
Account review
We read your channels, ad accounts and store data, then send a written read of what works, what does not, and a quote.
Brief and calendar
Channels, content angles and cadence agreed, the answer bank approved, and the first month signed off in one pass.
First posts
The first content batch lands within ten business days of the brief. Publishing and community management start that week.
Report and reset
Revenue first, engagement second, and a written list of what changes. The next month's calendar comes with it.
What it costs
Quoted after a free account review, and cheaper added to an AI content retainer, which starts at $3,500 a month.
The cheaper way to buy it
The content is already being made and the calendar is planned with it, so nothing is briefed twice and there is less to coordinate. That is why the same scope is quoted lower here.
Available, and priced higher
For content from your own team or another studio. The review will tell you whether that supply can carry the calendar you want before you commit to anything.
There is no published price for this service yet, and we would rather say so than print a number we would have to walk back. To test the content first, the cheapest way in is a $1,800 pilot batch of 12 ads. How we price.
Pairs with AI content
This service is the smaller half of the offer; the AI content is what we lead with. Helio Home shows what the supply looks like: our AI content team took them from 6 to 60 new ads a month and cut creative lead time from six weeks to five days. Those are AI content results, not social media management results, and we keep the two apart.
AI content creation
AI UGC ads, video ads, product visuals and social content, made in weekly batches from your product photos.
With social: Supplies every post, Reel, TikTok and ad this service publishes, in weekly batches.
AI automation
The manual work between your systems, removed. Pilot workflows go live in three weeks.
With social: Routes messages that need a person into your helpdesk or CRM, and pulls the monthly numbers together.
AI agents and development
AI agents, assistants and LLM features built into the software you already run.
With social: An assistant that answers product questions in your DMs from your own catalogue, with a human on anything it cannot cite.
Common questions
It is quoted after a free account review, because the work varies more than the label suggests. The quote moves with the number of channels, the volume of comments and messages, whether paid social is included and how many languages you post in. It always costs less added to an AI content retainer, from $3,500 a month, than bought on its own.
No, but the service is built around it, because most accounts go quiet when the content runs out. If your content comes from your own team or another studio, we run the channels with that, and the account review will say plainly whether there is enough of it.
Both, and paid is optional. If you have a media buyer, keep them: we make the creative and work alongside them. If you do not have one, we run your Meta and TikTok ad accounts as part of this service. The accounts and the spend stay in your name either way.
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and Pinterest. Few brands need all six. We usually start with the two or three where your buyers already are and add the rest once those run well, because a channel posted to badly does more harm than one left alone.
A community manager on our team, in business hours in your main market, from an answer bank you approve. Anything that arrives out of hours is answered the next business morning. Complaints, refunds and anything legal or medical are passed to your named person rather than answered by us.
None in advance. There is no social media case study on this site yet, so we will not quote a number for this service. What we can show is the content supply behind it: our AI content work took Helio Home from 6 to 60 new ads a month. That is a content result, not a social media one.
You do. We are added as users through each platform's business tools rather than handed a password, and removed when the work ends. Everything we make and post is yours outright, source files included.
