AI automation ROI calculator
Hours a week, people involved and a fully loaded hourly cost go in. Hours across the team, the annual cost of the task, the saving at 80% automated and the payback period on a build come out. Every assumption is printed under it, including the three that flatter the result.

Why there is only one
We publish a tool when we already use it on real engagements, which so far means one. The readiness scorecards and maturity quizzes that fill this category are usually lead forms wearing a lab coat: they ask twelve questions, grade you amber, and hold the explanation behind a call. If we build a second tool it will be because the audit week produced something worth handing over, not because the page looked empty.
Until then, the calculator answers the question most people arrive with, and the pages below answer the ones that come next: what this costs, who else does it, and how to measure a workflow properly before you put any number into anything.
